General Guidelines for Use:
EASY TO USE DIRECTIONS - Mix 6-12 Drops in 1 Tablespoon of Liquid Castile (already prepared for use, not concentrate) or other gentle liquid bath soap (as a carrier, so oils won't float on top of water), then mix into 1 cup of Epsom or sea salts and add to a large sized warm sitz bath (contains minimum 2 quarts of water). Soak 15 minutes 2-3 times daily. Rinse area thoroughly with pure warm water afterward. Contains 360 drops essential oil blend per bottle = 45-60+ applications.

Suggested use on label: Adult: Please use as directed.

CAUTIONS: Skin sensitization if oxidized, recommend refrigeration to keep oils fresh. Not recommended for use during pregnancy, or when breast feeding.
