Really a complete reference guide on Essential Oils.

Fantastic Resource

A fantastic reference for essential oil users, beautifully illustrated as well.

I also liked the author advocating for SAFE usage of oils

As an aromatherapy/herbalist student, i appreciate this book as an addition to my library. The information contained in here is concise and well thought out. I also liked the author advocating for SAFE usage of oils, instead of just "putting them on everything." Too many people are following a distributor's advice and using essential oils unsafely.

I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes and making some of them this week. All in all a great resource to have!
