We accept All Major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), as well as PayPal and ApplePay. Sorry we cannot accept personal checks or money orders. All payments are in U.S. Funds.

PROCESSING TIME TO SHIP YOUR ORDER:
Orders are usually shipped on the same day they are received (M-F) if received before 12pm PT. Within the USA please allow 2-3 business days from the time your order is shipped. International orders please allow 3-14 business days after shipment of your order for delivery, depending upon class of service and distance shipped (more details below).
Occasionally during peak Holiday Seasons and Sales Events, the turn around time for processing and shipping your order may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience if this should occur.
Products are shipped by US PRIORITY MAIL with tracking and insurance to street and P.O. Box addresses. There is a minimum shipping charge of $6.95 for US PRIORITY, plus $.50 per item to cover any additional cost of insurance and weight.
US & INTERNATIONAL TRACKING
To ensure the Security and Quality handling of your order ALL packages (USA & INTERNATIONAL) have Delivery Confirmation status with Tracking. You will receive an email notice from USPS confirming shipment with tracking number for you to check on your package.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES (US & INTERNATIONAL)
Additional shipping and insurance charges may be billed separately and is figured by weight, value of products and country of destination.
We ship by Express International Flat Rate Shipping (3-5 business days delivery & International Priority Mail (7-10 business days delivery) for oversized packages.
Our Default International Shipping Rate in your shopping cart is set for Express Mail International and the minimum rate for ALL countries is $61.50 and, for most countries, is guaranteed to arrive to the country of destination within 5 business days (this does not include the time it takes to clear customs in your country).
CHEAPER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For some countries their may be a cheaper option of International Priority Mail (7-10 days delivery) with insurance and tracking. Please indicate in your shopping cart if you’d prefer a less expensive shipping rate if available. We will refund you any excess shipping charge.
OVERSIZED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For large oversized orders we may need to use the Priority Mail International service (Allow 7-14 business days delivery).
PAYMENT INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
It is your responsibility to pay any duties or import taxes that may be applicable in your country.

When shopping online you will receive an email with a receipt for your order, along with any helpful information about the product or service you purchased if applicable. You will also receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking to check on your package. We will follow-up with you by our automated customer care support email service that provides you with educational support information and to check in with you to confirm receipt of your order. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
There is a minimum $5.00 charge for making changes to your order.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES (US & INTERNATIONAL)
Packages returned to us for any reason will be discarded after 60 days. We will make every attempt to contact you regarding USPS Email Notifications for Undeliverable or Unclaimed packages. Delivery Signature Confirmation is required for more expensive oils. It is your responsibility to claim your package.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY to make sure you’ve received everything you ordered in its entirety and report any errors immediately upon receipt of your product!
We guarantee the quality of our products and services and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t we have the following returns policy:
If we make an error with your order, i.e. the wrong item has been shipped, please Contact US immediately. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
365-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - For any product that you are not completely happy with for any reason please contact us within 365-days of the date of receipt of your order to request a full refund. You will be required to return the physical product to us in the shipping box it arrived in and its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A “Returned Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) must be requested prior to returning the product. All returns must have an RMA number to get credit for the returned product. You can request an RMA by emailing us or calling 541-941-7315. Once your return request id is submitted and approved, you will be notified via email of the amount of your refund. Refund payment types (check, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.), will be determined based on the type of the original payment received and/or any other restrictions that limit the payment. The product must be returned prior to receiving any refund amount. You have 30 days after issue of an RMA to return the unused portion of the product in order to receive your refund.
† The following Restrictions Apply: As all of our aromatherapy products are custom made and hand-poured fresh to your specified order there are NO returns or refunds for any other reason except that you are unhappy with the quality of your product. There are also NO returns or refunds on the following products: Special Order products, rare or exotic oils like Sandalwood, Rose and Helichrysum, bulk essential oils (1 ounce size or larger), sample-sized bottles (i.e., 2.5ml), perfume sample vials) or digital products. If you are unsure if an essential oil or product is right for your needs, please contact us prior to purchasing to get more information or to request a sample.
Please allow 7-14 business days for receipt of your special order. There are no returns or cash refunds on *special orders,” or bulk oils (1 oz size or larger).
Inspect all products at the time of acceptance. Should you receive a product damaged in transit, please verify it at the time of picking up your package at the post office, or with your mail carrier. Please keep all the packing materials and the box, do not discard! Please contact PurePlant Essentials immediately at 541-941-7315 or Contact US and let us know what has happened. New items will be shipped at NO CHARGE to replace the damaged ones.
SAMPLES PUREPLANT ESSENTIALS
We send samples with any order, but generally do not just send out samples by themselves. You are welcome to request samples of products by putting your request in the “Comments” section of your order. For rare and exotic oils, like Sandalwood, Rose and Helichrysum, there is a fee for samples to cover our costs. We can also make up an order of just samples for you for a small charge. BOTTLE MEASUREMENTS FOR PUREPLANT ESSENTIALS
The weight and amount of each pure essential oil or blend is approximate to the ml size of the bottle, not an exact measurement. General measurement by approximate fluid drops are as follows: 2.5ml-60 drops, 7.5ml-150 drops, and 18ml-360 drops. The count will be less for thick, resinous oils like Sandalwood, Myrrh and Vetiver.
