We accept All Major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover), as well as PayPal. Sorry we cannot accept personal checks or money orders. All payments are in U.S. Funds.

PROCESSING TIME TO SHIP YOUR ORDER:
Orders usually ship on the same day they are received (M-F) if received before 12pm ET.

We use USPS Priority Mail Premium Class Expedited Shipping with Tracking and Insurance FREE (at no additional charge) to our USA Customers (includes Hawaii & Alaska). Please allow 1-3 business days from the time your order is shipped.

International orders please allow 6-10 business days after shipment of your order for delivery, depending upon distance shipped (more details below).

DELAYS SHIPMENT
Occasionally during peak Holiday Seasons and Sales Events, the turn around time for processing and shipping your order may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience if this should occur.

USA SHIPPING:
Products are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Premium Class Expedited Shipping with tracking and insurance to street and P.O. Box addresses 1-3 Day Delivery M-Sat.

We have a Flat Rate shipping charge of $8.00 (US Only)!.

FREE Shipping when you purchase $49 minimum order (US Only)!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship by USPS Priority Mail International Premium Shipping with tracking and insurance (6-10 business days delivery).

Our International Shipping Rate to Canada is $35.

For ALL other countries the International Shipping Rate in your shopping cart is set for USPS International Priority Mail and the minimum rate is $99.00.

PAYMENT INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
It is your responsibility to pay any duties or import taxes that may be applicable in your country.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES (US & INTERNATIONAL)
If there are any additional shipping and insurance charges we will notify you and request payment before your order can ship. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: Even though your order is fully insured, at this time we can not guarantee its safe delivery. Nor can we guarantee that a claim for a missing order will be honored. We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries and destinations. If your order is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any return fees and there is a 20% restocking fee.

When shopping online you will receive an email with a receipt for your order, along with any helpful information about the product or service you purchased if applicable. You will also receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking to check on your package. We will follow-up with you by our automated customer care support email service that provides you with educational support information and to check in with you to confirm receipt of your order. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES (US & INTERNATIONAL)
Packages returned to us for any reason will be discarded after 60 days. We will make every attempt to contact you regarding USPS Email Notifications for Undeliverable or Unclaimed packages. Delivery Signature Confirmation is required for more expensive oils. It is your responsibility to claim your package.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY to make sure you’ve received everything you ordered in its entirety and report any errors immediately upon receipt of your product!

RETURNS POLICY 
We guarantee the quality of our products and services and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t we have the following returns policy:

If we make an error with your order, i.e. the wrong item has been shipped, please Contact US immediately. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - For any product that you are not completely happy with for any reason please Contact US within 30-days of the date of purchase to request a refund. You will be required to return the physical product container to us in the shipping box it arrived in and its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A “Returned Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) must be requested prior to returning any product. All returns must have an RMA number to get credit for the returned product. You can request an RMA by Emailing US. Once your returned product is received you will be notified via email of the amount of your refund. Refund payment types (PayPal and Credit Card), will be determined based on the type of the original payment received and/or any other restrictions that limit the payment. The product must be returned prior to receiving any refund amount. You have 30 days after issue of an RMA to return the unused portion of the product in order to receive your refund.

 The following Restrictions Apply: There are NO returns or refunds on the following products: Special Order and Internationally Shipped products, rare or exotic oils like Sandalwood, Rose and Helichrysum, Bulk Essential Oils (1 ounce size or larger), Sample-sized Bottles (i.e., 2.5ml), Perfume Sample Vials, Digital Products and Paperback Books. If you are unsure if an essential oil or product is right for your needs, please Contact US prior to purchasing your product to get more information.

*SPECIAL ORDERS
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of your special order. There are no returns or cash refunds on *special orders,” or bulk oils (1 ounce size or larger).

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Inspect all products at the time of acceptance. Should you receive a product damaged in transit, please verify it at the time of picking up your package at the post office, or with your mail carrier. Please keep all the packing materials and the box, do not discard! Please Contact PurePlant Essentials and let us know what has happened. New items will be shipped at NO CHARGE to replace the damaged ones.

SAMPLES PUREPLANT ESSENTIALS
We send samples with any order, but generally do not just send out samples by themselves. You are welcome to request samples of products by putting your request in the “Comments” section of your order. For rare and exotic oils, like Sandalwood, Rose and Helichrysum, there is a fee for samples to cover cost of product. We can also make up an order of just samples for you for a small charge. BOTTLE MEASUREMENTS FOR PUREPLANT ESSENTIALS
The weight and amount of each pure essential oil or blend is approximate to the ml size of the bottle, not an exact measurement. General measurement by approximate fluid drops are as follows: 2.5ml-60 drops, 7.5ml-150 drops, and 18ml-360 drops. The count will be less for thick, resinous oils like Sandalwood, Myrrh and Vetiver.

AROMA CONSISTENCY MAY VARY:
KG’s passion is to provide you with premium quality pure essential oils and custom formulated aromatherapy products. As PurePlant Essentials are made from natural plant matter the consistency of an aromatic oil or formula may vary from batch to batch.
