Awesome resource!

I use this often. I was able to highlight our families needs and can look up our ailments quickly. Very thorough.

Chock full of symptoms & how to use your essential oils to alleviate them

At first, I was a little disappointed, thinking the guide doesn't tell me HOW to use essential oils. But then I realized, it was exactly what I was looking for. You will need another book that tells you HOW to use the essential oils for these ailments, how much, where to use them, what to mix together, etc. But this book really is fabulous in that all symptoms are listed alphabetically; everything you can think of. So when something comes up, you open up this book, find the symptom, find the list of essentials that will work well for that symptom, then incorporate your oils as needed. As I stated, if you're just getting started in essential oils, like I am, you'll also want another book that instructs how to mix, how to distribute, etc. This is a 5 star book in my opinion.

Just What I Was Looking For

The title says it all. It is a symptoms guide. It is a list of feelings/symptoms and what essential oils correspond... I am a beginner and I have found some very easy recipes on line, but I wanted to be able to know what oils would ease stress, etc.... The only thing I wish it would include would be another guide where you could lookup the oil and have it list all the things it would help with... All in all it seems to be a handy, simple little resource, but please review it for what it is.
