Preparation – what you will need:

Preferably use organic ingredients if available.

Glass pint cup or ceramic bowl for mixing your carrier and essential oil.
Carrier - 1 Tablespoon Honey, Light Coconut Oil, Cream
1 Drop Pure Essential Oil or blend of chosen essential oils.
Sterilized instrument such as a stainless steel teaspoon

Pure essential oils I recommend by skin type:

Health & Beauty (General all purpose): Rose Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Lavender.
Mature Skin: Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Carrot Seed.
Normal to Dry: Rose Geranium, Carrot Seed, Lavender
Oily: Cypress, Rose Geranium, Carrot Seed.
Sensitive: German Chamomile, Carrot Seed, Lavender


Add 1 Tablespoon on your chosen carrier in glass pint cup or ceramic bowl.
Add 1 drop of essential oil or blend into your carrier and mix together with a sterile instrument.
Apply essential oil mixture to a dry, natural bristle skin brush
Brush your skin.

Skin Brushing Instructions:

Make sure that you use gentle and event, yet brisk brush strokes, upward toward your heart.

Stroke gently and evenly upwards from your finger tips up to your shoulders, and from your toes up to your neck.

Include the front and back sides of your body as you breathe deeply. Enjoy the wonderful tingling sensations dancing across your skin.

Always be sure to work from your extremities upwards, toward your heart.

Gently, yet briskly, cover your entire body, omitting your face and neck in the process of this cleansing and uplifting ritual. Skin brushing is especially effective just before you shower.
