In this series of articles you’re going to explore your human energy system to find out just how healthy it is.
All dis-ease starts at an energetic (or metaphysical) level. Your energy system is mirrored at the emotional level. You can actually measure the qualitative health of your energy system by taking an assessment of your emotional health. Your mental health can be assessed by the state of your emotions.
Investigation of your human energy field will help you gather important information that will help you experience more health, love, peace and prosperity when correctly applied.
Your breath is the driver of your human energy system. You might say your breath provides the ‘fire’ needed to transform dormant elements into life. In other words your breath transforms inert matter into vital living matter.
Your breath unites you with all other living creatures upon the earth. We are all dependent upon breath for our life. No Breath - No Life.
Your Organs of Fire
Your organs of fire are primarily located around the upper abdomen, lower rib cage and thoracic region of your body. The organs fueled by this area of your energy system are your:
- Diaphragm (organ for processing emotions)
- Lower back
- Adrenals (part of the hormonal system that controls your freeze, fight or flight response)
Digestive organs, including:
- As well as, kidney and spleen
When your energy system is balanced in this area of your body your actions are constructive. You can trust yourself and do not hesitate to take full responsibility for your life. You feel a strong sense of self worth and positive self valuation.
When your emotions flow unimpeded in this area you naturally express:
- Self Motivation
- Self Esteem
- Personal Power
- Self Control
- Self Respect
- Self Approval
- Willingness to change
- Willingness to take Responsibility
This is the seat of your vital life force energy that drives your personality and ego. The primary motivation in this area of your body is the strong emotional desire for power and control.
With a healthy and balanced ego your drive for personal power is directed by your spirit to achieve self mastery and individuation.
An unhealthy and imbalanced ego drive can result in your need to control others, as well as to feel 'over' responsible.
Guilt is the primary negative emotion of someone who feels 'over' responsible and frequently results in poor outcomes due to a lack of self worth.
Your ability to surrender your personal will to the Divine directives as guided and doing what’s right for its own sake gets negotiated (for better or worse) in this area of your energy system.
Fear of Loss of Personal Power and Freedom
You must slay the green eyed dragon of fear of loss of personal power if you are to realize your highest spiritual potential.
Fear of loss of personal power and freedom becomes an issue when you haven't taken full responsibility for yourself and what you attract in life. This simply means that you know and accept that you are the one who has the 'response ability' in your life. In other words, no one else can respond for you.
VERY Powerful Understanding
This is a VERY powerful understanding as with it can come the realization that it's not what happens in your life, but how you 'choose' to respond to it that gets you your results.
With this disconnect from personal responsibility can also come a lack of social responsibility towards others. As social beings when we live in society we inherently have responsibility towards others. It's part of our social contract when we live side by side as neighbors. We look out for one another, like extended family.
How You Leak Energy
Trade offs made in this area of your life result in leakage of life force energy and, if continued overtime, to the eventual complete undermining and weakening of your entire energy system, and of the physical organs and structures it supports.
Maintaining balance of this part of your energy system ensures your personal freedom and autonomy to direct your spirit to realize your highest potential. You are the creator of your personal reality and manifest easily all that you desire, as directed by your Divine guidance, into the physical world.
Includes organs, systems and conditions located and fueled by this part of your energy system:
- Lower respiratory
- Immune function
- Digestive Systems
You may experience imbalance in this area of your energy system as an inability to take responsibility for yourself (as mentioned above) and your life experiences. You may lack self control, and blame and criticize others for your problems.
When your emotional energy is stagnant, or blocked in this area of your energy system you can habitually express negative emotions such as:
- Need for Approval
- Chronic Stress
- Fear of Responsibility
- Self Esteem issues
- Commitment issues
