A little Angel Therapy can help us all at this time of massive upheaval and change that’s occurring worldwide. The full exposure of elements that have created imbalance and upset the natural order of life are being brought to awareness and purged. It’s an unprecedented time when we are all being called to get right with life. This is the first in a series of angel therapy articles to help you get aligned, as well as deepen your connection with the truth of your being and with life.

Angels are ‘light’ beings, simply meaning they are aligned with the creative power of the universe to create peace and harmony in our world.   Today, let’s allow the Archangel Jophiel to guide us to create and attract more beauty in our lives.

Jophiel’s name means ‘Beauty of God.’ S/he helps us to think beautiful and harmonious thoughts that are unifying. S/he will assist you to perceive life events in a way that is wise and loving. Jophiel is the Angel of artists and illumination.

Jophiel is also referred to as Dina, Iophiel, Iofiel, Jofiel, Yofiel, Zophiel Iophiel,("spy of God” or "watchman of God") and Zuriel (“my rock is God”).

As a non-canonical Archangel, Jophiel has the extraordinary ability to right wrongs. To this end s/he wields a flaming sword of truth to right injustice and imbalance.

An angel of paradise, Jophiel is described as an angel of the seventh heaven, the highest heaven, where God and the most exalted angels dwell. The seventh heaven represents a state of intense happiness and eternal bliss.

Jophiel is a Cabalistic guardian of the ancient Torah. As such, s/he is considered to be a guardian of wisdom itself. It’s said that s/he taught “70 languages to souls at the dawn of creation.” S/he is listed in the Zohar (considered the most important work of the Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism) as a “Great Angel Chief in charge of 53 legions who superintend Torah-readings on the Sabbath.” Her day of celebration and remembrance each year is September 29.

Jophiel is said to be a companion to Archangel Metatron (the patron angel of children). S/he helps elevate your consciousness to align with the Power of Light within yourself and assists you to absorb spiritual wisdom.

With her flaming sword of truth Jophiel is said to dissolve arrogance, ignorance and closed-mindedness. She has been attributed with exposing corruption in governments and corporations, as well as helping to fight pollution and cleaning up the environment of our planet.

What you will need:

A white candle
Essential oil - choose a soothing and calming oil that inspires and uplifts the senses, recommend Tangerine

Make sure you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

Light your white candle and inhale the scent your essential oil. Gaze into the candle flame as you begin to breathe in fully and deeply and exhale any tension. Continue inhaling the scent of your oil and releasing any tension for 1-5 minutes.
