Power of Love
The power of love cannot coexist with the emotion of fear. When you keep reliving the past you become a slave to time. The passage of time will frighten you more and more throughout your life. Until it completely controls you. Fear will completely suck the life out of you. In this state of mind, living can become an absolute misery for you. In this state, grievances about your life experience can continue to grow. Your frequency will continue to dip lower and lower.
Pay attention to what you are attracting as your life experience. Everything is a mirror of your own vibrational frequency and the mindset and attitudes you hold.
You can never get away from yourself. Wherever you go there you are. Become a good companion to yourself. Show yourself self respect and love and that’s what you will attract.
Sometimes you will attract lower frequency energy perhaps to test your resolve, or perhaps to help you become more self aware and evolve your frequency even higher.
You must become your own best friend. Reframe from gossip about others. Always wish good things for everyone. Allow everyone who enters and leaves your life to depart in peace.
Burden of Painful Memories
Painful memories carried forward are a burden. Don’t waste your life picking up worrisome burdens. Be a graceful channel of life. Love what comes, and love what goes. Let your mind rest in the present moment free of burdens.
Freedom can only be experienced in the present. Past distortions about how life is, according to your fear based beliefs, attitudes and judgments, keep you from experiencing the goodness that is the reality of life.
Claim your good now by freeing yourself from any past restrictions and limitations that bind you. Focus only on the immediate present moment. Taking anything into the future that does not serve you is waste of time and energy.
You cannot experience the love available to you in each moment when you dwell upon fearful thoughts and emotions. Negative energy begets more negative energy. Is that what you want more of in life?
Set Your Heart & Mind Free
Set your heart and mind free. Release the past. You can learn from what has gone before. Keep the gems and treasures of your experiences, but let past events go. Forgive and let go of everything and everyone.
The more unencumbered you are by past events, the more you are free to experience the reality of this moment. The truth is we are all connected. There is a oneness that unfolds as our life experience.
Get yourself free of the fear that binds you. You create what you focus on in life. Do you want to focus on what’s wrong with life? Or, do you want to focus on what’s good about life. You will expand whatever you focus on, the choice is yours.
Each moment is a new birth. Do not hold yourself, or someone else to the past. Allow everything to renew itself as life unfolds. Releasing the past allows you and all of your experiences to heal. The greatest service you can give to yourself is to let go of the past. New life experiences can then come to meet you. You can experience a completely new life when you live in the now and release the past.

Your investment of energy to control the future by holding onto the past gives a poor return on your investment. Do you want more of what you lament about and judged as bad, or wrong? Or, do you want to experience something extraordinary that moves you past former limitations and restrictions?

When you release the past you stop engaging in the blame game. It means that you accept responsibility and are accountable for the kind of life you experience you attract. No exceptions! You look for and shine your light on everything and everyone.
Through the act of transforming darkness into light, you learn to overcome the darkness within your own soul. The purpose of love is to unite all things as one.

Notice when opportunities arise to put the lesson into practice. Take note of your response. Ask yourself if you want to experience peace of mind, or experience conflict? On going to bed before falling asleep remind yourself about the day's lesson. How did you choose to respond to life events and what did you learn.
