We are vibrational beings. You are literally a magnetic attractor.
This means, the frequency of energy you resonate out into the world returns to you.
What are you telling life you want?
Essentially by the quality of your energy, you are letting the universe know what you truly believe you are ready, willing and able to receive. The frequency of energy you transmit to the world, returns to you.
Loving thoughts attract love. While fear thoughts attract fear, or things to fear. You intensify your experience by what you focus on. Frame things from the positive perspective of love and your perceptions about the world will be loving. Everything that appears/seems to be fearful, is actually a call for your love and understanding of yourself, or another.
Your capacity to receive whatever you ‘say’ you want is governed by what you truly believe you deserve to receive.
Many of us skip this essential step in our allowing good into our lives. We can unknowingly sabotage and block rewarding experiences by sending ‘hidden unconscious’ stories we tell ourselves about life.
What's Your Story?
If you find yourself in short supply of something whether material, or immaterial, you may well be sending out the ‘wrong’ signals to the universe.
For instance, the love and emotional support you ‘say’ you need and long for, may be blocked by the fear and worry you have about getting love. A consistent rerun of pictures and moving images could be running inside your mind preventing you from experiencing love in life.
You’ve probably heard it said that your mind can be your worst enemy, or your best friend. Getting in touch with the kind of relationship you have with your own mind is necessary to find out why you may be experiencing the same unfulfilling scenarios in your life.
Do you have a pattern of blaming others who show up to reflect your beliefs and projections about how life is. Don’t shoot the messenger. People show up to fulfill the roles we’ve assigned to them.
Breaking the fear that binds
Unconsciously you may be running a story of victimhood. Lifelong grievances may plague you. Stopping these moving pictures of the unconscious mind is simple, but they can take time to fully eradicate.
The three Ps are your greatest assets for overcoming negative beliefs, attitudes and programs. The three Ps are patience, persistence and perseverance.
Fortunately, for you the conscious mind can only focus on one thing at a time successfully. Your mind cannot focus on love and fear at the same time. You can turn this to your advantage by making a decision to focus only on love. When you focus on love using the three Ps (patience, persistence and perseverance) overtime it will become your mind’s habit to focus only on love. You can learn to choose to look for the love in whatever is happening in your life.
You may come to realize that it is your projection of fear, or another’s projection of fear, that is blocking the natural free flow of love in your everyday life experience.
Focus on the Love
Simply by choosing to focus on love you will increase your experience of love in life.
By taking time to train your mind to habitually focus on love instead of fear you tap into the main purpose of experiencing time which is to become aware of your ability to choose what you want to experience.
The experience of love unites us.
While the emotion of fear divides and separates us from ourselves and others. Fear leads to a split mind and conflict within and without. The emotion of fear by its nature is an unreality. It doesn’t exist. It is a projection of fearful stories onto whatever is happening.
When you see with the eyes of love you are in a united frame of mind. In this united frame mind you experience peace of mind. Even more importantly when you are in a united state of mind you are joined with all minds and are one.
In this united state of mind we can experience peace of mind on a global scale. A united and peaceful mind is the single greatest contribution you can make to our world. Peace of mind is the single greatest gift you can give to human kind and all sentient beings upon the earth.
Fear or Love - what do you choose?
When you are taken over by the fearful, judging mind you cannot experience love, or a peaceful state of mind.
Which would you prefer to experience love and peace of mind, or fear and conflict?
Would you rather be judgmental and right about your perception of life events, or willing to see with the eyes of love that unify and can produce peaceful outcomes.

Tips for how to get the most benefit from these lessons:
At the beginning of your day while in a relaxed state of mind focus on the current day's lesson. For instance this week's lesson is, "All I Give Returns to Me." These lessons will be published bi-weekly, so you will focus on each lesson for two weeks duration. Remind yourself about the day's lesson frequently throughout your day. You can write the lesson on post-it notes and place them around your house as a reminder. Notice when opportunities arise to put the lesson into practice. Take note of your response. Ask yourself if you want to experience peace of mind, or experience conflict? On going to bed before falling asleep remind yourself about the day's lesson. How did you choose to respond to life events and what did you learn.
