The Best Method of Application to Relieve Allergy Symptoms and to Ease Your Sinus or Bronchial Problems?

Steam Inhalation has been proven to be one of the easiest most direct methods of application to support your respiratory system with pure essential oils.

Use steam inhalation to soothe and promote healing for your respiratory system, clearing nasal passages and enjoying therapeutic benefits for your lungs.

Steam inhalation is a great method to prevent or treat allergies, respiratory infection, support your immune system health and prevent colds and the flu.

What you will need:

  • 1 Medium to Large Ceramic Bowl
  • 1-6 drops pure organic essential oil or blend
  • Large Cotton Bath Towel

Fill your ceramic bowl with steaming hot water, but not so hot it will burn your skin or mucous membranes.

Add your pure organic essential oil to the steaming waters

Lean over the bowl of steaming waters and drape your large towel over your head to capture the steam.

Close your eyes (you don't want the essential oil vapors to get into your eyes) and inhale the steam for as long as you desire, or until the waters cools or you stop smelling the oil.

CAUTION: It is very important to keep your eyes closed in order to prevent any of the essential oil from getting into your eyes!

Repeat the steam inhalation treatment if necessary every 2-3 hours.

Steam inhalation relieves allergy symptoms, sinus congestion, coughs, colds, flu and sore throats.

Alternate Method:

Humidifier (cool mist) ~ Add from 3-8 drops of your pure organic essential oil or blend to the water of your humidifier. You may wish to add more pure essential oils every 2-3 hours if running your humidifier continuously. This is an effective method of using essential oils with a sick child.
