This book does a good job of validating the use of essential oils for various purposes.

Helpful, I recommend it

This was helpful, but not as informative as I expected it to be. However, i do recommend reading the book. I do not think that a person can go wrong by reading something that may help his health. ....yes... I recommend it.

Simple and complete

Excellent reference for quick information. Easy to read. Charts are great and add to the text. Gives the reader great understanding of a complex subject.
