I’m KG Stiles, an earth-loving certified clinical aromatherapist and licensed and accredited holistic health practitioner for more than four decades. I've worked with many celebrities and have been referred to as the, "Aromatherapist to the Stars!”

My advice and services have included not only internationally famous celebrities and athletes, but also entrepreneurs and top executives, individuals, small business owners, spa therapists, hospitals and medical centers.

It all started when, at a very young age, I discovered I had a genuine interest in helping people feel better. My mother, a licensed cosmetologist, influenced my natural interest and love for creating beauty. Being born-and-raised by the coastal waterways of Wilmington, North Carolina, also inspired my natural love of beauty.

I realized early on it was the way people were thinking that caused most, if not all, of their problems. I became passionate about changing the way people think about their life situation. After college, and with nothing more than a desire to help people overcome their challenges, I began pursuing my dream.

Insatiably curious, I became a lifelong student of fitness, wellness, nutrition, philosophy, metaphysics, astrology and psychology. After discovering the work of Carl Jung and Rudolph Steiner, I traveled to the Findhorn community in Scotland and rekindled my connection with the Devic kingdom and became even more immersed in the transformational healing arts.

After being introduced to essential oils, I realized that I had found what I had been looking for my entire life. One sniff of pure plant essences can instantly shift a person’s thinking and mental attitude.

I’ve used essential oils in conjunction with other holistic healing methods to recover from early childhood issues of abuse, as well as suffering with a ten-year physical disability that included chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, heavy metal toxicity, Candida and allergies.

During that time, I relentlessly spent tens of thousands of dollars searching and trying dozens of allopathic and alternative treatments, none of which ever helped. As a matter of fact, my symptoms of pain and dysfunction just kept getting worse.

In my search for healing I dug deep into the research, I found that using only the purist and best treatments and products gave my clients the results desired. And, the only way to guarantee purity was to source and manufacture my own products whenever possible.

After years of research, and finding what worked for my clients and myself, I launched the PurePlant Essentials brand label.

Committed to producing the highest quality aromatherapy products, I started my online company armed with only a rickety old computer and my passion for essential oils and writing, However, it was my willingness to adapt and persevere through challenges that turned out to be my greatest asset.

Then, in the summer of 2015 well known literary agent contacted me about representation. We signed a contract and one year later my first traditionally published book about ‘essential oils’ was released by Page Street Publishing.

My best-selling book, The Essential Oils Complete Reference Guide, now in its 5th printing, won a 'Living Now' Gold Medal and was a Nautilus and Indie Next Generation Book Award Winner. Aromatherapist to the Stars

KG Stiles, the Founder and Formulator of PurePlant Essentials aromatherapy products, specializes in formulating wellness blends. She is a licensed and accredited integrative health specialist with state massage licenses in both Hawaii #6351 and Oregon #2313.

KG has a B.A. from UNC-Wilmington and in 1980 completed diploma coursework at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego and an internship in Ida Rolf’s 10-sessions of structural integration at the Institute of Psycho-structural Balancing.

KG utilized essential oils and formulated blends for clients in her healing arts practice for many years (well before certification was even available). Finally, in 2005, she received Aromatherapy Certification from her mentor, Sylla Shephard-Hanger, Founder of the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy. KG has advanced training and certification in several energy medicine and metaphysical healing modalities, including Bowtech® (Bowen Therapy), BodyTalk® and 2nd Degree Reiki Certification with Frank Coppieters, PhD, Founder of 'The Living Light Center.' KG also trained at Emerson College in Forest Row England, a school for Dr. Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophical initiatives, including Medicine and Biodynamic Farming.

KG has assisted with integrating aromatherapy and caring touch into hospital based integrated health care systems and presently serves as the Oregon (South) Director for the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy.

KG has taught aromatherapy certification programs at hospitals and schools, as well as online. She’s trained allopathic and alternative health care professionals, as well as business owners, students and lay people in the use of essential oils for health and well-being.

KG’s published articles have appeared in national, international and industry trade magazines like Massage Therapy Journal, Massage Today, Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine, Aromatherapy Today (Australia) and the NAHA Aromatherapy Journal. She’s also the author of numerous self help books and programs, as well as more than a 90 titles about aromatherapy and holistic health for international media outlets like Amazon, iBooks and Barnes and Nobles.
