This is the first Full Moon in Sagittarius since the Nodes shifted from the Sagittarius/Gemini axis. A whole new world is opening up for Sagittarian expansive and ebullient energy both on personal and global levels.

Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, recently entered Aries (ruled by Mars) for a one year stay. The Martian energy will ignite the action needed to bring about the social change indicated at this time.
This is a great time for the realization of educational goals, foreign travel, embracing new ideologies. Generally, your mental attitudes and beliefs can get tremendously freed up from past world views. Now you and the world at large can get a completely new vision for the future and what’s possible.

As you can tell Jupiter and Saturn (the builders of society at large) are polar opposites. The two of them together bring about change in the social sphere. These two energies must be balanced for them to work together productively. I’m not sure how much balance you’ll see at this time in your personal life, or on the world scene. What is a Supermoon?
A Supermoon is referred to as a perigee full Moon by astronomers. When the Moon is at perigee it is at its closest point to Earth in its monthly orbit. When that closest point in time coincides within the Moon’s full phase we call it a Supermoon.
What causes a Supermoon?
The Moon has a near-point (perigee) and a far-point (apogee). At perigee the Moon appears a little larger (a Supermoon) than usual, while at apogee, the Moon appears a little smaller than usual. A Supermoon may appear bigger and brighter in the sky.
Why are Supermoons important?
The Moon’s electromagnetic pull on the poles of the earth and the human body varies as the Moon cycles in its elliptical orbit around the Earth. During a Supermoon this electromagnetic influence is more pronounced. This results in higher tides of the ocean, as well as an intensification of emotions coming up for release.

Perform your Meditation anytime starting from the time of the Super Full Moon up until the First Quarter Waning Moon in Pisces on June 20th at 8:11pm PT.
What you will need:
- A white candle
- Essential oil or blend - use one of the recommended oils, or blend of oils
Make sure you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Light your white candle and inhale the scent of your essential oil. You can also scent your space prior to your meditation using an aroma diffuser.
Gaze into the candle flame as you begin to breathe in fully and deeply and exhale any tension. The candle flame reflects your own Divine heart center.
