Instructions

  • Add 8-15 drops of essential oils to one tablespoon unscented liquid soap and blend together. The liquid soap acts a a carrier for the essential oils so they will disperse into your bath waters (not float on top of water).
  • Add scented soap mixture to your sea salts and blend the mixture together thoroughly. Sea salts help to cleanse and charge your chakra energy centers and entire chakra energy system.
  • The waters should be a warm, not hot; around 98.6º or body temperature is best for restoring your energy centers (chakras) and cleansing your auric field.

Soak for 15 minutes or until your bath water begins to cool. Please remember to hydrate sufficiently during and after your bath.

I recommend you make time for a spa treatment every day! Even 10-15minutes will give you welcomed pleasure and can be enormously balancing and healing for you.
